Design a house for an artist. 




Located on a plot of land overlooking a lake, a natural landscape that is essential.
The building was developed with this theme in mind, along with the project’s compositional, functional, and technological needs. Two distinct volumes define the different functions, establish a clear geometric and functional hierarchy, and “communicate” their quality through their forms.
The formal and technological sincerity of the residential body (the base) is in sharp contrast to the deceptive cladding of the upper body (the studio), which is covered with micro-perforated sheet metal in order to disguise the heaviness of the upper mass while also giving the volume cohesion and unity.
