Concept In Naples, in San Carlo all’Arena, behind the Albergo dei Poveri, seven towers inspired by folklore outline a single cultural park composed of three areas, different in nature but united by the same purpose: to enliven and reactivate memory. This is Tetra®. The nearby Botanical Garden, the city, and the Albergo are brought together in a project that lightens the burden of culture and the machinery that sustains it, dissolving the traditional unity of space and function and scattering them throughout a deliberately open and free environment. We developed Tetra because, for us, Architecture is not merely the design of built space: it is a total cultural act. It is a project of meaning, form, and relation. As Hans Hollein declared, “Everything is architecture.” Thus, the archive becomes a living device: not only a container of memory, but a project of the future.
